Space week will include Saturday STEM Labs, Live Virtual Astronomy Presentations, Virtual Presentations and Workshops for teachers and educators, Social Media Trivia, and more!!

Space Saturday STEM Labs
1st – 8th Grades
9:30 AM – 12:00 Noon
$25.00 per participant, must register in advance using the button below.
Students will explore space and the solar system through fun, engaging, hands-on activities.
Rocket Launch for all Visitors
October 9th, 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Stomp Rockets will be set up in the amphitheater for all visitors to enjoy!

Educator Resource Center Workshop for Educators
October 2nd, 2021: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST. Women in Space through the Artemis Generation
The workshop is free of charge, but you must register in advance using the button below.
Live STARLAB Planetarium Open to All Visitors
National STEM Academy instructors will be hosting LIVE Planetarium Shows in the Century of Flight Hangar open to all Visitors!
5 Shows on Friday October 8th
10 AM, 11 AM, 12 Noon, 1 PM, & 2 PM
FREE October 8th Only! Limited Space Available!
No registration needed. Tickets will be handed out on first-come, first-serve basis, until all tickets are claimed or 1:45 PM, beginning at 9 AM Friday morning in the Century of Flight Hangar Lobby. You may pick up tickets for any show time throughout the day.
Live Virtual Astronomy Presentations for Schools
Open to all, including Schools, Groups, Homeschoolers, etc.
Presentation lasts approx. 30 – 45 minutes per rotation.
Cost is FREE for this week, Virtual Astronomy lesson only! Must be scheduled in advance, limited spots available, Tuesday – Friday 10 AM – 1 PM. Complete a Field Trip Request Form using the link below and select the option “MQ Virtual Field Trip” to schedule.

The Resource Center is full of lessons, books, activity kits, and more that is available to teachers and educators FREE of charge.

Virtual Reality Simulator
The Virtual Reality Simulator is available to all visitors in the Eagle Building.
Visitors can take a Roller Coaster Ride through Space or visit the ISS!
Ticket prices are $10 per ride or $8 for military and first responders.
