In-house and virtual field trip programs to schools and groups ages 5 to adult.

Education Program Request Form

General Information

A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking for groups of 6 or more.
A $25 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking for groups of 5 or less.
Deposits will be applied to the final balance and must be paid to reserve your date.
No-shows and day of cancellations will not receive a refund.
All guided tours are 90 minutes. Virtual tours are 30-45 minutes.
Due to limited space, only teachers and chaperones are allowed to attend.
We respectfully ask for planning purposes that accurate numbers are provided a week prior to the scheduled tour.

Deposits must be paid in order to book and secure your guided tour date. Tours are not scheduled without a paid deposit.

Guided School Tours (4th-12th grade)

Learn about the history of aviation and explore the past, present, and future as your group tours the award-winning exhibits and aircraft on display at the Museum of Aviation. Plus, get an exclusive interactive tour inside our C-130 fuselage.

BOOK YOUR TOUR

Schedule: School Tours last approximately 1.5 hours and will include two or more buildings. Must be scheduled in advance. Groups larger than 75 participants or more will need to allow for more time for their School Tour.
Group Size: Minimum of 10 participants for School Tours.
Price: $5.00 per elementary school participant/$7.00 middle school aged students through adults.
C-130 Experience: Participants will have exclusive inside access to a C-130 “Hercules” fuselage.
Custom Tour: To correlate the School Tour specifically to your classroom curriculum, please advise when scheduling.

Guided Private & Family Tours

Private Tours at the Museum of Aviation explore any of our four esteemed hangars. Private Tours include our exclusive C-130 Experience.

BOOK YOUR TOUR

Schedule: Private Tours last approximately 1.5-2 hours and will include two or more buildings. Please schedule Private Tours in advance.
Group Size: Minimum of 5 participants for Private Tours.
Price: $10.00 per participant (ages 5 and up)/$25.00 deposit.
C-130 Experience: Participants will have exclusive inside access to a C-130 “Hercules” fuselage.

Museum Marvels: Every Wednesday, Friday, & Saturday at 1:30 pm

Visitors enjoy the new walk-in “Museum Marvels” hour-long early afternoon tour at the Museum of Aviation on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

BOOK YOUR TOUR

Schedule: Tours start promptly at 1:30 from the Eagle Building Volunteer Desk. Tours last approximately one hour and include visits to indoor and outdoor exhibits. Guests are welcome to simply show up or register in advance.
Group Size: Group size is limited to 20 people
Price: $5.00 per participant
