General Information
- A $50 non-refundable deposit applies to groups of 6 or more; a $25 non-refundable deposit is required for groups of 5 or less.
- Deposits will be applied to the final balance and must be paid to reserve your date.
- No-shows and day-of cancellations will not receive a refund.
- We respectfully ask for planning purposes that accurate numbers are provided a week prior to the scheduled tour.

Guided School Tours (3rd-12th grade)
Learn about the history of aviation and explore the past, present, and future as your group tours the award-winning exhibits and aircraft on display at the Museum of Aviation. Plus, get an exclusive interactive tour inside our C-130 fuselage.
- Schedule: School Tours last approximately two hours and will include two or more buildings. Must be scheduled in advance.
- Group Size: Minimum of 10 participants for School Tours. Due to staffing limitations, we kindly ask for group coordinators to cap their groups to 75 participants per tour date.
- Price: $8.00 per middle school and high school students/$6.00 per elementary student. The Museum does not charge the scheduling teacher.
- C-130 Experience: By request, tour groups may gain exclusive inside access to a C-130 “Hercules” fuselage.
- Custom Tour: To correlate the School Tour specifically to your classroom curriculum, please advise when scheduling.

Guided Private & Family Tours
Private Tours at the Museum of Aviation explore any of our four esteemed hangars. Private Tours include our exclusive C-130 Experience.
- Private Tours at the Museum of Aviation explore any of our four spacious hagars.
- Schedule: Private tours last between 90 minutes and 2 hours (depending on group size). These tours include two or more buildings. Please schedule Private Tours in advance.
- Group Size: Minimum of 5 participants for Private Tours.
- Price: $10 per participant (ages 5 and up)/$50 minimum.
- C-130 Experience: Participants will have exclusive inside access to a C-130 “Hercules” fuselage (by request).

Museum Marvels: Every Wednesday, Friday, & Saturday at 1:30 pm
Visitors enjoy the new walk-in “Museum Marvels” hour-long early afternoon tour at the Museum of Aviation on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
- Schedule: Tours start promptly at 1:30 from the Eagle Building Volunteer Desk. Tours last approximately one hour and include visits to indoor and outdoor exhibits. Guests are welcome to simply show up or register in advance.
- Group Size: Group size is limited to 20 people
- Price: $8.00 per participant

Self-Guided Tours – Free, Please Register in Advance
The Museum offers downloadable resources to assist you as you guide your group through the hangars. We kindly ask that you email us at tours@museumofaviation.org to let us know that you will be joining us for a self-guided tour.
Virtual Tours
- Virtual tours are each are about 10 minutes in duration.
- Cost is $50 for each video viewing. The Heritage Tours staff will provide ouTube access once payment arrangements are made.
- Virtual tours are articulate and in-depth views of the Nugteren, Scott, and Century of Flight hangars.
- The eras that are covered in the videos include: World War II, Vietnam, and the Cold War.
Grants
The Heritage Tours staff periodically coordinates grants that help offset tour and transportation costs for school groups.
