Artifact Donations

Thank you for your interest in donating to the Museum of Aviation. If you have artifacts or documents to donate, please download and complete our form below and contact our curator or collection manager for information. Please provide a full inventory of your proposed donation. Include size, condition, content, and historical significance for each item. Use additional pages if necessary. Photographs are highly encouraged. Do not leave or mail items without prior arrangements with the curator or collection manager. The Museum is not responsible for items left on it property.
