The Museum of Aviation Foundation will hold its Night at the Museum of Aviation event on Saturday, February 3, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. This is a special family event helping history come alive through re-enactors, storytellers, and presenters.  Exhibits will feature “Neil Armstrong”, “Bessie Coleman”, “Rosie the Riveter”, “Winston Churchill”, “Amelia Earhart”, “Betsy Ross” and even “Albert Einstein”!     For this event, some aircraft will be open for special viewing.  Food and music will accompany the stage for a fun night of hands-on historical fun at the Museum of Aviation.


Proceeds from this event will benefit the Museum of Aviation Foundation’s National STEM Academy. The National STEM Academy offers Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) and History-focused education programs and field trips for students and teachers.  Programs include Wonder Wings & ACE Field Trips, Mission Quest Flight Simulation programs, Homeschool activities, STEM Training Academy for Teachers, NASA Resources and workshops, and more. The museum’s education programs reached 56, 098 participants in 2017.
