GA’s NASA Regional Educator Resource Center (RERC) provides hands-on, professional development workshops for classroom teachers, pre-service teachers, informal educators, scout leaders, and home school groups. Topics are related to STEM disciplines and infuse NASA education resources into classroom curricula. During each workshop, educators receive NASA materials and resources, and when available, stipends for participation.
All workshops are held at GA’s NASA RERC, at the Museum of Aviation, unless otherwise noted.

The Museum of Aviation Education Center operates Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) and History-focused programs for learners ages 4 to adult under five major programs. Rigorous, goal setting experiences challenge students to solve problems. Programs are aligned to state and national education standards. Programs highlight career opportunities and workforce development strategies and are conducted both on school site and at the Museum of Aviation. During the FY 2016 year, 52,018 participants took part in Museum of Aviation education programs.
