*Preregistration for this event has ended.  Solar Eclipse glasses will be available for walk-ins on the day of the event on a first-come, first-serve basis, while supplies last. 

**The Solar Eclipse event begins at 12:30 PM.  Check in, glasses pick-up, and walk-ins will begin at 12:15 PM.  Please have your order confirmation and order number available during check in if you registered online.  If you registered in person, your last name will be your confirmation.  All preregistered glasses must be picked up by 2:00 PM.  All glasses not picked up by 2:00 PM will be handed out to those that were not able to get them.  

August 21, 2017, a total solar eclipse will cross the continental United States from Salem, Oregon to Charleston, South Carolina.

Bring the family and join the NASA Regional Educator Resource Center at the Museum of Aviation for a hands-on Solar Eclipse experience!

Special solar eclipse glasses will be available for free and hands-on activities will be set up for all ages, while supplies last!

Participants are asked to register, for free, in advance.

*Please note:  You are registering for a free event.  Solar glasses are not available for free or purchase through the Museum of Aviation.  Glasses will be given to event participants, while supplies last, on the day of the event.  Pre-registering through the website will guarantee you glasses for the number of participants registered.  After all preregistration spaces have filled, glasses will then be handed out to walk-ins on a first-come, first-serve basis.

**WEATHER/SPECIAL NEEDS/HEALTH CONTINGENCY** In case of bad/cloudy weather, health issues, and/or special needs, the Museum of Aviation will be live streaming the eclipse from NASA in our Eagle Building Scott Theatre and in the Century of Flight Hangar.  Indoor seating will be limited.
