GIRL SCOUT BADGE WORKSHOP FOR BROWNIES AND JUNIORS

“CELEBRATING COMMUNITY” GIRL SCOUT BADGE WORKSHOP

The purpose of this girl scout badge workshop is to provide an opportunity for Girl Scout Brownies to complete a portion of the requirements for the badge and is approximately 2.5 hours long. The minimum number of Girl Scout Brownies is 10 and the maximum is 30. The cost of the program is $10 per Girl Scout. Girl Scout Brownies celebrate our community by visiting the “Museum of Aviation” where World History comes alive through our exhibits and aircraft. The Girl Scout Brownies also go inside of the C-130 Airplane. and explore the life of Robert L. Scott, a WWII Veteran and our hometown hero.


“DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY” GIRL SCOUT BADGE WORKSHOP

The purpose of this girl scout badge workshop is to provide an opportunity for Girl Scout Juniors to complete a portion of the requirements for the badge. The workshop is approximately 2.5 hours at $10 per scout. Minimum number of Girl Scout Juniors is 10 and the maximum is 15. Girl Scout Juniors will select a subject from the Museum of Aviation’s aircraft and exhibits and photograph the subject from different perspectives. Girl Scout Juniors will edit photos and save them to an online album to be accessed at home.
