The National STEM Academy offers Saturday STEM Labs for Pre K – 12th grade students throughout the year. Each month highlights a variety of themes and targets certain appropriate grade levels. All STEM Labs include hands-on activities focused on STEM disciplines and workforce development. Programs are three hours in duration, from 9 am until 12 noon, and are located in different classrooms, based on age and content, around the Museum of Aviation campus.
STEM labs are $30 per participant.
Pre K – 5th Grades: Mineral Mania – “Rock” in the New Year with Mineral Mania! Discover what lies below the Earth’s crust and investigate what shapes our planet.
6th – 10th Grades: STEM into Gaming – Explore what it takes to design and code a video game.
