Classic War Movies:
The Museum of Aviation Foundation will offer a free fall/winter movie series called, “Classic War Movies.” The purpose of this event is to honor our Veterans. This series will feature five movies on Saturday afternoons that families or couples can enjoy at no cost. We plan to show Sergeant York, The Bridge on the River Kwai, The Great Escape, The Longest Day, and 12 O’clock High.
- Movies are FREE admission, but donations are greatly appreciated!
- We will show movies in our Scott Theater Auditorium in the Eagle Building.
- Doors will open 30 minutes prior to movies.
- There will be concessions available in the Museum Gift Shop. Please no outside food!
Dates and Times:
November 10 Sergeant York (1941) Movie will be shown at 2:00 PM
November 17 The Bridge on the River Kwai (1957) Movie will be shown at 2:00 PM
December 1 The Great Escape (1963) Movie will be shown at 2:00 PM
December 8 The Longest Day (1962) Movie will be shown at 2:00 PM
December 15 12 O’Clock High (1949) Movie will be shown at 3:00 PM
