U.S. Army Sgt. Junito Jarvis uses a cell phone from Cell Phones For Soldiers program prior to departing overseas from Pease Airport Saturday. The program was started by Massachusetts residents Brittany and Robbie Bergquist after learning of the expensive cell phone bills deployed soldiers were running up calling loved ones.
