Event and Pavilion Scheduling

To request a event or organized outdoor gathering, please complete the Event Request Form. Submission of the form does not guarantee availability. After review, the Events Office will contact you regarding scheduling. You will receive a confirmation securing your space once scheduled.

Outdoor Pavilions

Pavilions are available for picnics and outdoor gatherings for the public. Amenities include a covered pavilion seating up to 30 people, an all-inclusive playground, and restrooms. Pavilion reservations are by appointment or first-come, first-served. One pavilion is always reserved for public use.

Events Office Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday | 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Appointments are required as we are frequently out of the office assisting with events. Email kcross@museumofaviation.org
