Purpose

The Skyward Internship Program’s goal is to help emerging professionals develop workforce skills through hands-on experience while advancing the Museum of Aviation’s mission to preserve and honor aviation heritage while inspiring future generations through education and community engagement.

Compensation

Due to the organization’s non-profit nature, this is an unpaid internship. Benefits include skill-building, networking, and mission-driven work. Interns are not entitled to employee benefits such as insurance or paid leave.

  • Letter of intent or cover letter
  • Academic recommendation (if required)
  • Passing background check
  • Proof of enrollment (unofficial transcript allowed)
